Seller Agreement

1. Becoming a Seller

To sell on 3DPrintMe, you must create an account, complete identity verification, and connect a Stripe account for payouts. By completing onboarding, you agree to this Seller Agreement and our Terms of Use.

2. Listing Requirements

  • All listings must accurately describe the product including material, color options, dimensions, and estimated lead time.
  • Photos must represent the actual product you will produce.
  • You may only list items you are capable of producing with your own equipment.
  • Listings must comply with all applicable laws and our prohibited items policy.

3. Order Fulfillment

  • You must fulfill orders within the lead time specified in your listing.
  • All orders must be shipped with a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • You must upload tracking information through the 3DPrintMe dashboard promptly after shipping.
  • Failure to ship within 7 days of the lead time may result in automatic order cancellation and refund to the buyer.

4. Fees

3DPrintMe charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. The current fee schedule is published on the platform and may be updated with 30 days' notice. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.

5. Payouts

Funds are released to your Stripe Connected Account within 2 business days after the buyer confirms delivery or after 14 days elapse from the expected delivery date, whichever comes first. Stripe's standard payout schedule applies thereafter.

6. Refunds & Disputes

If a buyer opens a valid dispute, we may issue a refund from your payout. You will be notified and have the opportunity to provide evidence. Final dispute resolution rests with 3DPrintMe.

7. Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have appropriate licenses for all designs, STL files, and models you print. Printing copyrighted characters, logos, or patented designs without authorization is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal liability.

8. Shop Conduct

  • Maintain professional communication with buyers.
  • Do not attempt to conduct transactions outside of 3DPrintMe to circumvent fees.
  • Do not manipulate reviews or ratings.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations, high dispute rates, or fraudulent activity. Outstanding funds may be held pending investigations.
