Shipping Policy

1. Seller Fulfillment Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for packaging, carrier-service selection, shipment timing, and tracking upload accuracy. Sellers must ship within listing/quote timelines unless an approved delay is communicated through platform messaging.
2. Address Accuracy
Buyers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Sellers should review destination details before purchasing labels. Address correction fees and related carrier adjustments may apply.
3. Carriers and Tracking
Sellers must use trackable shipping methods where available. Tracking events are used in delivery and dispute workflows.
4. Gray-Label Shipping (Shippo)
In gray-label mode, labels are billed under the seller's connected Shippo account. 3DPrintMe does not buy labels on the seller's behalf and does not guarantee carrier billing adjustments or label-refund outcomes.
- Sellers are responsible for accurate package weight, dimensions, and service selection.
- Carrier surcharges, address corrections, and adjustment charges follow carrier/Shippo rules.
- Carrier/Shippo label-refund timing and eligibility are governed by carrier/Shippo terms.
5. Delivery Confirmation and Issue Windows
- Delivery confirmation window: generally 72 hours after delivered status.
- Physical-order issue/dispute window: generally up to 14 days after delivered status (or expected-delivery fallback where delivered status is unavailable).
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Buyers should report shipping issues through order dispute tools. Evidence may include tracking history, delivery photos, packaging photos, and message history.
