Respectful Conduct
Treat others with respect in messages, listings, reviews, and support interactions. Harassment, threats, hate-based conduct, and abuse are prohibited.
Honest Listings and Communication
- Describe items and timelines accurately.
- Do not impersonate other users, brands, or organizations.
- Do not manipulate ratings/reviews or mislead buyers/sellers.
Platform Integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass platform fees through off-platform transactions.
- Do not submit fraudulent disputes, false reports, or abusive chargebacks.
- Do not spam users with unsolicited promotions or irrelevant messages.
Privacy and Safety
- Do not publish private or personal data of any other person, including phone numbers, home or work addresses, government identifiers, financial account information, or other non-public information, without that person's express consent. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the data is publicly available from another source.
- Do not solicit sensitive credentials, payment secrets, or account-access data.
Enforcement
3DPrintMe may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access for behavior that violates these guidelines or threatens user safety or platform trust. A user subject to an enforcement action may request review by emailing support@3dprintme.com (buyer accounts) or sellers@3dprintme.com (seller accounts) within 14 days of the action, including the account identifier and a written explanation. 3DPrintMe will review the appeal and respond within a reasonable time; 3DPrintMe's decision on appeal is final.
