Beta Status
3DPrintMe may provide beta features, private-beta access, staged rollouts, and preview services. Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed/removed at any time.
No Service-Level Commitment for Beta Features
Beta features are provided on an "as available" basis without uptime, support, or compatibility guarantees. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue beta features without liability.
Data and Feedback
3DPrintMe may collect usage, diagnostic, and telemetry information for beta quality, performance, and security purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other input regarding the Platform or any beta feature ("Feedback"), you grant 3DPrintMe a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and incorporate the Feedback for any purpose, with no obligation of compensation or attribution. Feedback should not include personal information of third parties or confidential information of any party other than you.
Priority of Terms
These Beta Terms supplement the Terms of Use. If there is a conflict, these Beta Terms control for beta-feature behavior.
