How long does it take to receive an order?
Most makers ship within 2–5 business days. Add 2–5 days for shipping depending on your location and the carrier chosen.
What if my order doesn't arrive or is damaged?
Open a dispute within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Our team will review tracking info and mediate a resolution, including a refund if warranted.
What materials can be used?
Common materials include PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Resin, and Nylon. Each listing specifies the material. You can specify a material in a commission request.
How do I get paid as a seller?
Stripe processes all payments. After the buyer confirms delivery, funds are transferred to your connected Stripe account within 2 business days.
Is there a fee to sell?
3DPrintMe charges a small platform fee on each completed transaction. There are no monthly fees or listing fees.
Can I cancel an order?
Buyers can request a cancellation before the seller ships. Sellers may accept or decline. Once shipped, items are generally not cancellable but may qualify for a dispute.
