Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. 3DPrintMe is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Our Commitment
Graff Technologies LLC is committed to making 3DPrintMe accessible to people with disabilities. We take the following measures to support accessibility:
- Include accessibility as a requirement in our development and design process.
- Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities to our team.
- Employ formal accessibility reviews when shipping new features.
- Respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
Technical Specifications
3DPrintMe relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1:
- HTML5 (semantic landmark elements:
main, nav, header, footer) - WAI-ARIA roles and live regions for dynamic content
- CSS (sufficient color contrast, visible focus indicators, no content conveyed by color alone)
- JavaScript (keyboard-accessible interactive components, focus management in modals and dialogs)
Measures We Take
- All interactive elements are keyboard accessible with visible focus rings.
- Images include descriptive
alttext; decorative images usealt="". - Color contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for UI components).
- Form fields have associated
<label>elements; required fields are marked programmatically. - Error messages describe the problem in text and are announced to screen readers via ARIA live regions.
- Page titles are unique and descriptive for each route.
- Content does not flash more than 3 times per second.
- Skip-to-main-content link is available via keyboard.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content or features may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations include:
- 3D model previews — interactive 3D viewers (STL/model embeds) are not fully accessible to screen readers. Alternative text descriptions are provided where possible.
- Third-party payment UI (Stripe Checkout) — Stripe manages its own conformance. See Stripe's Accessibility Statement.
- User-generated content — listing images, descriptions, and shop banners uploaded by sellers may not include adequate alt text. We encourage sellers to add descriptions.
- Complex data tables — some seller dashboard tables may lack full header associations on smaller viewports. We are addressing these in an upcoming update.
Browser & Assistive Technology Support
We support the latest two stable releases of:
- Google Chrome with NVDA (Windows)
- Mozilla Firefox with JAWS (Windows)
- Apple Safari with VoiceOver (macOS / iOS)
- Microsoft Edge with Narrator (Windows)
Other browser / assistive technology combinations may work but are not formally tested. If you encounter an issue with a combination not listed, please report it and we will investigate.
